Having competed at the 2012 London Olympic Games and served for over a decade in the Australian Defence Force, Ethan developed a strong commitment to discipline, integrity and professionalism — values that now guide every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys playing golf, spending time with his two-year-old son Cooper, staying active and managing various animal husbandry responsibilities.
